Drinking tea also allegedly able to make the body feel more relaxed. Thus you will feel drowsy and sleep soundly.

Routines
Familiarize yourself to sleep with the same schedule. You also should not sleep too late in order to feel more fit body when awake. When you already have a routine sleep schedule, you will be automatically sleepy according to the clock where you usually go to bed .
