Layers of plaque on the arteries can cause a heart attack or stroke. Antioxidants also serves to get rid of free radicals in the body. Free radicals are unstable reactive compounds that damage cells and cause cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, premature aging, and other diseases.

Method:
Take a piece of papaya, crushed and gently massage on face and neck for 5-7 minutes. Leave for 10 minutes and rinse your face with warm water.
